Olympus Fund
Olympus is the new contribution fund focusing on valorising performing and non-performing loans secured by real estate assets, including leasing loans, and managing real estate assets.
The fund is a scalable platform of unique excellence on the market, whose assets are able to benefit from a tailored management having the aim of creating value for all of its stakeholders, backed by a profound expertise specialising in managing real estate assets, UTPs, stage 2 loans and real estate leasing accruing over 20 years of experience.

2. THE COMPOSITION
The Fund also manages large-ticket single positions, mainly UTPs and leasing loans, secured by prestigious properties.
3. THE MANAGEMENT
Finint SGR manages the Fund which sees Unicredit (52%) and illimity Bank (48%) as its first unit-holders.
4. FUTURE CONTRIBUTION
31 December 2025, by which date applicants can contribute performing and non-performing loans, leasing loans, real estate assets and securitisation notes.
