WHISTLEBLOWING
Arec Neprix S.p.A., an Italian company subject to the direction and coordination of Prelios S.p.A., adheres to the whistleblowing system adopted by the Prelios Group pursuant to Operating Standard OP 036 – Reporting Procedure: Whistleblowing (hereinafter, the "Whistleblowing Procedure").
The Whistleblowing Procedure constitutes a governance tool common to all Prelios Group companies and sets out the principles, roles, responsibilities, and operational procedures governing the handling of reports concerning breaches, unlawful conduct, or non-compliant behaviour that reporting persons become aware of within their work-related context.
Through the adoption of a single and integrated reporting management system, the Prelios Group aims to promote and strengthen a culture based on legality, ethics, integrity, and transparency, which are essential elements of its governance and internal control framework.
The Procedure governs the operation of the Reporting Channel of each Prelios Group company, defining its personal and material scope of application, the methods for submitting and handling reports, and the measures established to protect reporting persons and other individuals involved, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Reports may be submitted, either in written or oral form, through the Prelios Group Whistleblowing Portal, which is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from both computers and mobile devices, at the following link: https://digitalplatform.unionefiduciaria.it/whistleblowingnew/it/accessoprincipale/identificazionegruppo?TOKEN=PRELIOS
The Portal is hosted on an infrastructure external to the Prelios Group and has been designed and managed to ensure the highest level of confidentiality regarding the identity of the reporting person, as well as the protection of personal data and the rights of all individuals involved, in compliance with applicable whistleblowing and data protection legislation(1).
For the purposes of applying the specific protection measures provided under Legislative Decree No. 24/2023, reporting persons are encouraged to provide their identifying details. However, anonymous reports may also be submitted and will be handled in accordance with the Whistleblowing Procedure.

Please note that reports and related investigative documentation may be disclosed to the competent authorities in cases provided for by law and in compliance with the confidentiality safeguards afforded to reporting persons.
