Stefano holds a bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Building Production and a master’s in Real Estate Asset Management, both awarded by Milan Polytechnic.
While still a student, he collaborated with an important technical firm specialising in housing and urban planning. He joined the project launched by the REAAS real estate services group (now the Yard REAAS group), concentrating on due diligence and specialist advisory services for leading institutional investors. He then became a member of the Guber group’s UTP/NPL RE team as Real Estate Asset Manager, looking after the development and management of the extra captive investment portfolio.
Professional opportunities led him to embrace the AREC initiative shortly after its foundation, where he began his path as Senior Asset Manager, focusing on underwriting and managing large real estate loans. He then rose to the position of Portfolio Manager until the paths of AREC and neprix met and with enthusiasm he became part of the new ARECneprix combination as Head of NPE RE Asset Management.
