After taking a degree in Economics she began her career in an international context in the UniCredit Group, focusing on Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding.
In 2019 she joined the start-up illimity to develop the processes for the selection and development of human capital, contributing to the growth of what is now the illimity Group.
Over the company’s first three years she has also taken part in integration, engagement and internal communications projects.
In 2022 she accepted the challenge to manage the human resources of neprix as a means of continuing to learn in a constantly evolving environment.
